Did they really find Noah’s Ark?
Today is October 20, 2026 and have you heard the news…?
They’ve found Noah’s Ark!
Well…possibly!
If you keep up on the news at all these days, Noah’s Ark has been front and center with some substantial new evidence that it may indeed rest on the Mountains of Ararat, just like it says in the Bible in Genesis 8:4 “…and on the seventeenth day of the seventh month the ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat.”
It’s my understanding that some past criticism of the efforts to find Noah’s Ark was due in part to an error in location. The Mountain of Ararat is a double-peaked volcanic mountain in Turkey, clearly unable to ‘hide’ such a large structure for thousands of years. But the Mountains of Ararat is a different story. This refers to a broader mountain range or region that was basically unearthed by earthquake activity back in the 1940’s, which revealed a boat shaped geologic formation, that just happens to match the exact size of the Ark as accounted for in Genesis.
The Mountains of Ararat is exactly where current research is being conducted with weighty evidence that can no longer be ignored, such as organic matter deep within the structure, including animal hairs. This is why we are seeing so much coverage in the news.
Now, I’m not a scientist, so I really can’t speak much into this, but here is a link to those doing the research if you’d like to read more and keep up on the findings:
But, I am writing this today because of a special event also related to Noah’s Ark…
